Tom Inck leads Partners Inck, a management consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development. A psychologist by training, Tom works with CEOs and senior executives, helping to develop ambitious individuals into self-aware leaders and well-intentioned groups into high-performing teams. Tom's offerings include individual and team assessments, executive coaching, team feedback, and team coaching.
Background
  • Over the past decade and a half, Tom has led organizational and leadership development projects for numerous companies, including Fortune 50 multinationals, rapidly growing start-up ventures, private partnerships, and non-profits.
  • Tom received his B.A. from the University of Chicago and his Ph.D. in psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University.
  • Tom has held academic appointments at the New School for Social Research and the Albert Einstein School of Medicine, both in New York City.
  • Tom has lectured at Harvard University and serves as an advisor to the Leadership Institute of Harvard College.
